FAQs

What’s included?

With ALL roast types, you’ll get:

  • A line-by-line review of your copy with suggested edits

  • Comments throughout explaining the “why” behind my feedback

  • A keep/kill/rewrite list that makes it easy for you to make changes in a single sweep

  • A “customer perspective” rundown that tells you what a customer’s first impression looks like

All of this is shared in a Google Doc.

When you get a Multi-asset roast, you’ll get everything above for each asset — plus:

  • A Loom video where I roast your copy in real-time and show you my thought process

  • An additional section in your Google Doc about how your assets tie together (and how to do it better)

And when you get a “Be Brutal” roast, you’ll get everything described above — plus:

  • An even deeper dive into your review, suggestions, feedback, etc.

  • A longer Loom video with more in-depth advice

  • Links to “inspiration” examples (other brands who are doing exactly what you want to do)

  • Rewrite suggestions you can swipe and use in your copy

How long?

You’ll get your completed roast within 5 business days of kickoff (that includes payment + receiving your intake form and copy link).

If I’m booked out or timelines change, that will be clearly noted before you pay.

How do I get my roast?

You’ll get your feedback via:

  • A Google Doc with comments or

  • A Loom video + written summary (depending on the package)

It’ll be sent to the email you provide in your intake form, and you’ll be able to review it on your own time.

What types of assets can you review?

Common options include:

  • Home pages

  • Landing pages

  • Sales + conversion pages

  • Blog posts

  • Email sequences

  • Service pages

If you’re unsure whether your asset fits, email me at Cassidy@contentbycass.com before purchasing.

Why pay upfront?

Upfront payment keeps everything smooth and simple for both of us. It:

  • Reserves your spot

  • Keeps scope clear on both ends

  • Allows me to focus fully on delivery instead of admin

It also keeps this service fast, clean, and fairly priced.

Can I ask follow-up questions?

Yes — light clarification is included.

But to clarify, this is not an open-ended consulting engagement or live coaching session. If you want deeper support, I’ll point you toward a paid option that makes sense.

What if I don’t like it?

I won’t sugarcoat it — this isn’t for the feint of heart.

This service isn’t designed to give you validation, compliment your copy, and make you feel good. You’re paying for honesty, transparency, and direct feedback from someone with experience to back it up.

So, naturally, you might not agree with every piece of advice I give you.

That’s okay! You have no obligation to implement my suggestions (although I only suggest changes that I genuinely believe will improve your results).

Because this is a time-based, custom service, payments are non-refundable once work has started.

That said, if something feels unclear or you need clarification on feedback, I’m happy to explain my thinking — just reply to the delivery email if you need more info.
